hi its sengas here again l asked last week about my debt's and paying £22.50 per week to a debt management co. l did get lots of very helpful answers but can you tell me should l stop paying my monies to them and get in touch with the cccs. l dont want any balliffs calling at my door please can someone advise me on this thank you .

I would call the CCCS first and explain to them the entire situation and they will help you - they are very helpful. They can then advise you on the best course of action to avoid any further trouble.
Yes, don't stop paying until you've spoken to CCCS and checked on any penalties for pulling out of the agrement with the debt management company
A creditor can't call in the bailiffs until after they've first obtained a County Court Judgement against you AND you've then defaulted on that judgement. If you've got no CCJs at the moment, you have no need to fear a visit from bailiffs. (For many people a CCJ is a good thing, and not something to be feared. The court fixes a realistic sum for you to repay regularly and, as long as you keep up with the payments, you're protected from further hassle regarding the debt).
