loan advice please

My wife and I are very lucky - but only up to a point. We live in a house which is owned by a trust who pay all the bills (apart from the home insurance and tv licence). The trust also pays a monthly allowance. We wish to borrow between £20 and £30,000 for business purposes etc but we can't use the property as security. Also I'm afraid our credit rating is not very good. Does anyone know of any specialist lenders who may be able to help. Thanks

There is always someone out there who will lend you money, if you can prove your income, however if you are high risk, (ie bad credit rating) then normally you will only sucure a loan from the sharks, so bewere there are a lot of them about at present, with very high interest
