Just WHY do you NEED it?
If it's your own bank you should know.
If it's someone else's you don't need to know.

I've provided several helpful responses to questions about sort codes but noone has ever explained what use the information is to them. I'm always puzzled as to what possible use it could be. If it's a good explanation cassamo8 I'll try to get the answer you want
