I'd be really appreciative if someone who knows the Moto E well for advice. I'll probably have 1000 questions as I continue to use said device. It's my first Android phone since my Blackberry 8520 started to fail. Yea I'm a bit of a late comer!

Anyway I've been getting to the the (struggling with) phone since yesterday. First of all I've tried using Bluetooth to send contacts from BB Curve to Moto E several times and failed. Keep getting a message to tell me that the user cancelled transfer....I didn't! Got them both paired and everything...just can't seem to transfer contacts successfully. It's showing up all failed attempts..which lead me to my next question.

My data/memory is at capacity already and I haven't actually did anything. There's a small triangle with an exclamation mark inside and it's to do with data. I've not got an SD memory card inserted as I haven't got round to getting one, but haven't put anything on the phone anyway - apart from unsuccesfull attempts at contacts, so thought there would be no rush.

So I guess my question(s) would be...how do I free up data on phone? Surely I don't need all the apps that's on it...I just want to call and text. And also what is getting in the way of bluetoothing contacts? Surely there's enough memory on phone to hold contacts without putting sd card in? Unless all the transfers (contacts) ARE in fact stored somewhere. Uh my head is pickled.
