Most of them aren't legit, they are based abroad. Unfortunately texting STOP just lets them know that they have got a 'live' mobile number and you may find you get loads more spam now.
Report it to the ICO:

Also, please tell us that web address so that I can try to find out something about the firm behind it.

Buenchico...I have looked at your link and submitted it...thank you
If I get a persistent one, I always add them to my contacts and then 'block' the call. I certainly do not call or answer them.

Slack Alice, these are many text messages, mostly with no number.I never answer calls for which I don`t know ...how do you "block" calls?
Sorry misunderstood part of your question, I thought you had the number they had called you from. If there is no number given then your stuck.
Question Author
Still like to know how you block a certain number
Generally, add the phone no. to your address/contact list and call it 'Scam1'.
Select the number as if you were going to phone it, then select the option to 'block' the 'Contact'

will try that..thanks
Please report that (non-existent) loans company here:
http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud

The domain address (wise-cash.com) is registered via an anonymising service, which no legitimate lender would ever do. People using that website WON'T get a loan but they WILL have provided all of their personal details to fraudsters who can then clean out their bank accounts and go on to defraud others by stealing the identity of the loan applicant.,
Question Author
Tried that Slackalice but cannot find any way to "block"the number, what phone do you have?
Samsung Galaxy Ace 3
