I would have thought that in any family fanatical enough to go fight a Jihad the woman would be 'in her place' (And not in the true British equal way).

Surely this is very naive to ask of them?

quite frankly i would let them go, if they want to die in some hole they have never ever lived in, for a cause they know nothing about, then let them
only problem if they don't get killed, they come back to Britain, then what, they are battle scarred, and witnessed atrocities, maybe committed many themselves, so where are they going to fit in once on home soil
tell you what strip the loonies of British nationality and send the dozy plonkers on a one way trip.
you can't, however the British security services are wary over this, going on various news reports, believing that some may well come back radicalised and cause problems here.
