no credit history

Hi does anyone no where I can get a loan for just £1000 so I can put down on a rented accommodation I'm after but as I have no credit history finding it a bit hard.

My first stop would be at your bank. If they know you're working and have a sensible bank account, they ought to consider a small loan like that.

That would be my first place to start but still need a second or third option.

if you have a Bank account which has been run in order, ie no unauthorised overdrafts or 'bounced' cheques a £1000 personal loan should pass credit scoring. It will mainly be based on your history with them. Depending on how long the account has been open they may do a credit register search which if has nothing detrimental should not pose a problem. Obviously they have to be sure that you cn afford the repayments.
