Yes I had 9 months of them.....don't do it! They left me with no heating for 5 months, right through the snow last winter (until I witheld my rent) then they let the damp patch in my bathroom get so bad the water was dripping through the light fitting, sizzling! Those were only the major problems, there were many others, like letting people into my flat without asking/telling me and , not calling back, passing me from pillar to post and just generally not taking me seriously. The last I know they were trying to re-rent my flat complete with mouldy wall. Don't do it! Nic.
