mobile phone contract

I have an 18 month contract with 3 ,i am trying to get out of it after 6 months,due to a shocking service as well as paying £9.00 a week for video calls which was not made clear to me ,i pay £35.00 a month for 500 mix and match all my friends are getting better deals,the phone broke once they said they would repair it in two days,two weeks later it came back after going to wrong address i have tried all i can think of any help would be much appreciated.....

stop making video calls if you cant afford them
it's not their fault the phone went to the wrong address
The only way of getting out of a contract is to pay it all up

you are paying a 35 pounds a month contract, then on top of that another 36 pounds per 4 weeks?
