I think you should research this a bit more before you even think about buying an off-licence. if you don't evemn know where you can get alcohol from then you haven't done much research have you.

A cash and carry is like a giant warehouse that sells goods in bulk to business and tradespeople. You go in, pick your stuff, give them your cash and carry your purchases away with you!
