I am offering to be a listening ear for folks in addition to handy job business..i have studied counselling and have a level two in listening skills..is it legal with the disclaimer and a s long as i say i,m not a counseller to offer this extra service..i,m just offering to be a freindly ear for those who want to talk

Suggest you work your way through this website below - the British Association of Counselling and Psychotheraphy.
As far as I know, unless you are claiming to be a member of this association when you are not (or one of the smaller other ones) then there is no problem.
