The amount someone owes is not relevant in law, only the fact that they are bankrupt.
If you wish to make a claim against someone who has just been made bankrupt you contact the Official Receiver's office. Ask the OR how much the bankrupt owes and/or who to and they will quite rightly tell you that it is none of your business.
