Becomming an undertaker

My brother is wanting to become an undertaker. How ever obviously you need experience to do this. Can any one advise me on what advice I could give him?

Hey all,i think you should help him to become an undertaker soon he will realize that it is a difficult job.It just look like easy but he has to bear a lot of pain for this.So may be he forget it and think about any thing else.
