A friend of mine told me she is just going to eat breakfast cereals with SS milk for the next two weeks.
Will she be missing out on certain nutrients/vitamins and is she likely to lose weight?

Well my friend and I decided we need to lose some weight so I will see how she gets on with the cereals and I will try the balanced diet without the cake and puddings :-)
Well good luck to you all. If I can do it, you can do it. I've gained a few pounds over Christmas, but I'll be back on track this week.

No more chocs (I gave box away) very proud of that gesture! I'd never have been able to do that last Christmas.

I have another couple of stone to go yet so do it with me and get that new wardrobe for the spring.
I have that for breakfast anyway and if I had it for lunch too, surely that would be more calories than eating 3 sesame Ryvita with tomato and cucumber on, which is what I usually have for lunch + a yoghurt.
Its a sugar coated marketing ploy Ann!

PS hope your friend isn't the competitive type, its best if you are doing it for yourselves x
