What would be your idea of the perfect guy?
What would be your idea of the perfect guy, soulmate and lover - this is of course impossible but what would he look like etc. to you?

After the idiots I have had over the past 2 years, I would have to start by saying a man who wasn't going to take me for a fool money wise. Someone who I felt equal with and payed his way.
Someone who respected me and showed me love.
It would help if they were attractive but this is the not the most important thing to me although I couldn't be with anyone I didn't feel some attraction to as I have tried before.
I don't ask for a lot in a man but never seem to find one that is right.
I feel I will be happily single a long time this time round as I have identified what kind of men I don't want anymore which is a great step for me.
I am not scared of being on my own anymore either

My perfect man (even though it's impossible!) would be handsome, though it wouldn't be the most important thing, richer than me, (I'm a gold-digger!) have a family which liked me, be romantic, take me places around the world, be good in bed, (lol) be a good father and a all-round good mechanic. (so he could fix things)
If only this man existed! :)

I don't know really. To be honest, I think my boyfriend is my ideal guy. Looks wise and personality wise.
He's extremely tall, dark hair, brown eyes. (Yum!)
He has ambition and drive, which I love in a person. I can't stand people who sit around and wait for someone else to do everything for them.
He tells the truth, even if it isn't what I want to hear. But it's what i'd rather have.
We respect each other and have a very strong bond of communication.
He's fantastic in bed... sorry!... had to be brought up.
He is an absolute gentleman, he never lets me pay for anything, and opens doors for me :) he's patient and very reliable.
I could go on, but I'd make everyone sick!

He would have a lovely smile, be able to make me laugh, (definately a GSOH) kind, treats me with respect. Enjoys being with me. Looks are an individual thing, so thats not a big deal. He doesnt have to be Brad Pitt!.
I've been let down a lot by the same man ( who btw, had no sense of humour!) Well, OK a 12yr olds! So now single again. And like Lil I will stay single.
Its safer, and you dont get all the mind f*ck .

Aww! Don't turn your self away from dating! I bet you could get a really nice guy if you try it's just they're hard to find, that's all. Hey, you might just find him round the corner! Have hope, women must not fail because we are the better species of the two sexes! ( lol )
I met this really nice guy the other day but this girl came along and she said she was his friend but she was obviously trying to flirt with him and she led him away! :( He was really funny, good looking, smart, plays an instrument. If only! I mean, I'll see him again but it's kind of dampened my spirits! :)
