ladies:which types of wealthy Men would U prefer?

as above

1: a guy who went to university, gained at least a Degree, and from this it has lead him to a very Successful Career

or

2: a guy who left school at 16, has a Job, but come from a very Wealthy Family.

for me personally i would choose option 1.
how about the rest of you ladies?

and same for the Men... if u want to take part of this survey, just substitute guy to a girl/ lady/ woman (how ever you refer us) lol. just not 'bird'

I agree with both of you, but gaining a degree doesn't automatically make a guy the sort you'd want to settle down with. It sometimes means that the guy's just very stunted, conversationally!

I wouldn't be attracted to someone because of their wealth, but I am inspired/impressed by people who have made something of themselves out of nothing.

I made next to nothing out of nothing ;o)

Well, I've got the man and the tee shirt, so i'm not bothered any more, but as sara's just said, if someone's attracted by wealth alone, it's a very shallow way of looking at things.

Oh - and hi WB. Sorry hun. I was forgetting it was you who posted the thread. xx

hi Icey.. lucky you, getting the man!

I've dated some fabulously rich men but found them to be a bit detached from the real world...

Question Author

thank you for all ya opinions etc... :)

im not implyin in wealth... as such. i meant a guy whose intelligent, good with their hands ;-) , DIY, etc.

what i really meant is because i already have two degrees, i dont know if i could b with someone without any qualifications etc. or whose less intelligent than me and doesnt make an effort to look for a decent job. thats all... mayb im just bein old fashioned., too fussy.... and my standards r too high :P x

Whitebear, I have no formal qualifications and would consider myself a reasonable catch (not for you obviously!). I'm intelligent without being an academic shining star. I have a career and I think I'm a good example for my kids.

don't judge people by what they have, judge them for who they are and how they behave.
