Why do old women 40+ go on holidays and have relationships with Turkish waiter, (it always seems to be a waiter, or the hotel porter) a men who is much younger. the relationship always seems to go badly wrong.
Then they freak out when they rip them off, can they not see the signs?

I have a friend who is now 60 and still single for the past 20 years she has always gone for the head waiter in whatever complex/country she has gone for a holiday and she will hang around for hours waiting for them to finish work,it doesnt make sense to me none of them have ever contacted her afterwards, once we went to Malta and she asked that we go and sort some poor bloke [ head waiter] out and give him a message ! of course we never did and she goes on & on about them,silly moo.
As for these elderly women who go to the Gambia and bring back a much younger husband - sorry they deserve everthing they get, I havent got one ounce of sympathy for any of them.

regardless of age some people (men and women) can become quite lonely and are more easily taken advantage of, I am sure they are aware in the back of their minds that something is amiss but that doesnt stop them hoping and playing out the fantasy that the courtships are genuine and the feelings are reciprocated.

life is short and I suppose people take the plunge, better to have loved and lost than never loved at all.

why is it different for blokes of 50/60 + who chase after very young women, i mean i would be livid if i had a daughter of 20 who brought home a bloke old enough to be her granddad. And sorry to say that many blokes who are single in that age group don't go for women in their age group, not that i have seen.
If women want to have their hearts broken by a gigolo then so what, perhaps better that than be married to a bloke for 30 years only to be told that he wants a divorce so he can marry his secretary, which is much more hurtful in the longer term.
