I have read that it calms down hot tempers and is good for ones well being.
Does anybody here practice moonbathing and do you feel you benefit from it ?

Must admit. I've never heard of it.
Do you have to be a werewolf or have vampirish tendencies?

My neighbours do it every other saturday night in & around their 'spa area'. Its other name for it is swinging.
Do they use 'protection'? The moon's rays must be very strong.
There is certainly a very soothing feeling about taking a walk on a clear night with a full moon. And nothing to do with hairy palms
From Urban Dictionary....

Moonbathing

Farting whilst staring at the moon.

Its suppose to have benefits, a bit like sun-rays give you vitamin d and that feel good factor. Moonlight helps you de stress and feel calm, whether you go out for a stroll in the moonlight or just stand there looking at it. It is also suppose to be good for insomnia, it relaxes you and calms and soothes you.
... but moonlight IS sunlight, isn't it?
Sounds quite nice really zzxxee - if it's a nice full moon and not raining.
