Fit Vibe

Has anyone ever used a Fit Vibe for toning at a gym or a health and beauty place.

Any info on how good they are would be great!

Actually ... they do work.

It's like a vibrating platform.

If you do exercise while standing on it, the vibrations continually unbalance all your muscles, so they have to work extra hard to rebalance themselves.

This means they are constantly tensing.

Doing a minute's exercise on a power plate feels like doing quite a long workout on a solid surface.

It looks like a circular platform with a handle, to steady yourself.

It's like standing on a giant floor polisher !

I cant see the benefit on the fitvibe golf, the woman in the still is not even standing on the vibrating plates

no idea, tbh the graphic shows a woman on the upswing, her feet are not on the plates and there is no guide to improve her swing plane so I have no idea what the fitvibe golf actually does for golf, other than use golf as an extra marketing gimmick to get golfers to buy it?

I got a powerplate (Vibratec VB500) last week as an early Xmas pressie
It is brilliant!
I am more toned already and I haven't had night time leg cramps since I started using it.
