my scalp has had some problems for a few months now and it all started with more har falling out and spots all over my head like acne i thprght it was just a few spots as my hair did get gresey quickly i washed it more often didnt make a difference the spots got worse and they have whiteheads where the hair comes out around the hair follicale it itches alot and is red and really hurts espically near my crown and ive noticed more hair loss , my whole scalp feel very delicate like my scalp is a giant brooze when i move one part of hait to the other side it hurts just from being moved my scalp needs serious help , i even went to the london centre of tricology and he said i dont have folliclitus which i thorght i had he said i have telogen efflivium which is temporary hair loss !! , and it doesnt run in the family and im not stressed hhe didnt seem professional and i want some proper advice mybe i need to put tea tree oil in my hair every night or something , maybe something natural and antibacterial will help , any suggestions will help thanks alot !

what if this is what i have what the hell can i do about it and why didnt the london centre of tricology specialist not notice that i had this ?

yes , but how can i get rid of them if even a tricologist cant find them it says there natural to everyones scalp but if there to many it can cause problems what the hell do i do !
You go to your GP and ask if you could be referred to a Consultant Dermatologist.
You may not think you're stressed.
