heavy eyes

hi all. i have a problem with my eyes, it dont matter what time of day or just woke up but my eyes are always heavy & tired. has any one had the same problem or know of the problem or a cure?

yellow eyes

If someone has a tinge of yellow in their eyes wot does it mean the person I know of is prone to being a heavy drinker would this contribute to the discolouration
