Not sure on the amount but it seems to increase in relation to the more alcohol one drinks, as I always find myself getting a face full of spray when people are drunk ;-)

Ewwww we once had a physics teacher who used to get this congealled white stuff in the corners of his mouth when he rabbited on so much, it was very wrong hence the fact we sat away from the man.........
