i gotta have a back tooth out that doesnt bother me, what does is the brown stuff they put in ur gum afterwards,can i tell my dentist i dont want it because it really makes me chuck up as well as tastes nasty

The brown stuff is to stop infections occuring in the open gum, disgusting i know, but it does work, cant remember what its called, its been a while since i was a dental nurse.
You're probably talking about a product called 'Alvogyl' which is normally used in the treatment of localised osteitis (dry socket)
Thats the 1 J9PUR, have been trying to remember that 1 lol.
