I woke this morning with a very sore left hand. My little and ring fingers are both stiff and sore......most of the discomfort is at the base of the little finger and up to the first joint. If I didn't know any bettter,I would think I had either sprained it,or slammed my hand against a wall. This has happened before.....but has usually felt far better by now. So far-rubbing Emu oil into it gives a bit of relief. Any ideas what has caused this-arthritis??...and what I should do?.

Hmmm...I don't think that is quite it sqad. I don't experiance tingling so much as soreness and stiffness. I CAN touch thumb to little finger in one motion....I also experiance soreness/discomfort when I try to grip.
I will read a bit more on this tho.....so far I only looked at one site.
I suppose my job as a cook does not help any...what with heavy lifting. Great for my arms....joints are another matter.
