Do you use a mobile phone a lot?
Otherwise perhaps it is because people are talking about you ;-)

think of a number under 26. Equate the number to the alphabet ie 8 = H.
Whoever you know with a name beginning with H is talking about you!

Excuse me folks, I think Shanna was looking for serious answers here, and we are supposed to be a caring lot, us ABers.
I am with Beso on this one, as it could be your using a mobile phone too much, as whatever they say it is not natural to use a mobile phone. One television presenter, whose name escapes me at the moment, was forever on their mobile all day long, and they had the same problem. They were medically advised to stop using it, and used landlines instead, and the problem went away overnight.
You have not told us if you use your mobile a lot, or what age you are. If you are very young you could risk brain damage by using a mobile all day long.
