I have just taken a period, first one in 8 weeks and I am going on holiday in 4 days. Is it safe to take this now or do I need to wait 9 days. I was prescribed this as I have really heavy periods and wanted to delay having this on holiday. Thanks if anyone can help.

you need to speak with the person who prescribed it for you. I can tbelieve they didnt tell you how to take it!

When I last took this I was informed the date I should take it because my cycle was regular, this time I really did not know when to expect it so I was going to take them 3 or 4 days before tavelling, but now I have my period don't know what to do. I am normally quite heavy and bad for around 8 days and cant bear the thought of a 14 hour journey. Cheers if anyone can help.x
