Ah Dris....don't let that bottle drown you. Reality is as boring as you allow....look for the positives in your life. Your awake, have brains for your pc, sheltered & fed. Put those positives against the slums of India, where children are deliberately maimed to beg, are riddled with disease, unwanted, sexually & physically abused, unloved and more born each day into the misery.
No more alcohol for you.....save for a trip to India to see and bring true positive focus into your life and for the welfare of others.

Cancelled it -fell asleep on the seat in front of the tele and woke up freezing at the back of six this morning.Didnt feel too great has to be said.
O well that was another blowout -until the next time lol. Thanks for thinking of me tho x
Terambulan - youre right-in fairness to me tho I do sponsor-its as much as I can do ATM -I honestly do have much more important issues to deal with at home and I dont mean that in a callous way but your own always should come first.Like your sentiment though x

jonny was going to buy one of those wristbands, i really suffer with sleep probs, so you really reccommend them??
Yes, I can without doubt, but make sure you take it off when you are about to get up, or you will feel sleepy all the time. Was going to go to Drayton Manor today, but felt sleepy, and called it off, as has forgotten to take band off. That is how good they are. Editor, if you are reading this, please don't censor this posting, I am trying to help my fellow ABers, not just advertising stuff.

I just e-mailed that to my daughter as she sometimes has sleep problems at uni...ta!!

You are welcome, Pastafreak, but if what I have heard about Uni's is true then don't think that they plan on sleeping much there! Hope this helps, it costs £10, by the way, so even a student can afford it.
