I had a session years ago and was amazed by the results. I then gave up wheat and it made no difference to me at all.

The only food intolerance/allergy tests I would trust are the ones done by properly qualified doctors. I have read in several different articles how any other test that you can buy is inaccurate to the point of being dangerous. People have cut vital nutrients from their diet because they have been told they have an allergy/intolerance and it has made them ill.

I had something similar done years ago and when the results came back they said I was allergic to almost everything, including water!! Total waste of time and money.

Completely agree with Daffy.

Nothing much to add except to agree with all the above postings. You have to be VERY careful when an 'expert' so called declares that you are allergic to a particular type of food. Most of the time you are not allergic at all and eliminating the food or foods will make no difference. For intolerance and genuine allergy you need proper, quite exhaustive, medical tests.

A true food allergy is rare. Some people have a food intolerance but that is still not common.

Much more common is food triggers, where chocolate causes migraine for example, but sufferers can usually work that out for themselves.

However, everyone who pays this for this seems to have severe food allergies to a degree that if it were the case they would be seriously ill.

Shame there isn't a test for gullibility.

I had one done by a nutritionist (with electrode type things) and have to admit I was pretty impressed as I was very sceptical and only really went along with it as my partner at the time wanted it done.

It did actually pick up on things that I am sensitive to, dairy and wheat, citrus, some pollens and horse hair.
