I had it done many years ago in college and the tutor told me exactly what I commonly suffered with it was good I would try it.

It's relaxing and they can point out any areas needing attention. I was told head and sinuses - right on both counts - I get migraines - made me almost fall asleep

i only went for it because someone had given me a voucher - i really had never fancied someone rubbing my feet and thought there was no way it would relax me the way a full body massage would. Anyway I thoroughly enjoyed it and as much as if I had the choice between the two I would go for the full body I would have no hesitation in recommending it. As previously mentioned just by touching areas of the foot the beautician was able to identify problems I was getting with my neck and also identified I was due or on my period and relieved the pains that come with that. I do love the fact that a massage puts the few times I have had reflexology this has not happened but to be honest I do think it is because I am so curious to watch what is happening - I certainly do feel relaxed.
