Well Yoga is generally good for health in all espects I imagine. I was just thinking along the lines of blood circulation to the head as we do Yoga. Thought of the possibility of the hair improving as circulation goes to the head back and fourth.

If yoga helped men to keep their hair, there'd be thousands of them doing it! Unless stress or illness is the cause, then baldness or thinning is hereditary/natural.

As a Yoga teacher of over 35 years teaching, even I can't persuade my classes that it will prevent baldness by doing inverted postures! These type of postures do generally improve circulation in the facial region, etc but I'm afraid as Ice and cazzz say there's a bit more to balness than that !
