nytol

if you take the full dose nytol sleeping aid (not the herbal one) do you feel stoned for most of the next day?

Don't do it! I did that years ago once - coz i couldn't sleep but for the whole of the next day I kept asking my line manager to let me go to sleep under the table - i kid you not. If you can't sleep take a HALF of the recommended dose.

I don't see what the issue is. I took the dose they recommended and there has been no ppppppppppppp

funny that, because i often take the full dose (two tablets) and I'm fine the next day .... always. Obviously must affect people differently. My daughter uses them too from time to time and she's never missed a days work or felt sleepy with them.

One tab usually works for me-and yeah I feel groggyish -but hey the sleep you get is fab- -failing that one of Legends legendary 'over the centiury threads' usually works for me.

NYTOL have no effect whatsoever on me. Not even sleep.

I take Nytol when I am having trouble sleeping and feel quite refreshed the next day. I always try and ensure that I have got 6 - 8 hours sleep so that the effects have had time to wear off before I wake up.

The nytol in the blue wrapper disturbs my sleep and gives me the weirdest thing - restless legs! Like pedalling all night. I use Kalms - works fine for me.
