Just a quick Q
Had a pain in the right side of my chest for most of the day. It did jump to the left this afternoon but is now back on the right. It's in the top of my shoulder as well. Don't feel short of breath or anytthing but its doeas hurt. I can't recall pulling and muscles and it's sort of making my right hand feel heavy.
Any one have any ideas what it might be.
