Can't believe what some daft woman doctor was suggesting on telly yesterday morning - stay indoors, keep doors and windows closed, and drive with your windows closed and use the air conditioning.

I'd like to know which world she lives in, because it sure ain't the real one.

Seriously, though, I used that nasal douche, and it does have some effect

Awful this year isn't it.

I've been taking tablets and nasal spray. I'm going to try going back to nasal spray and eye drops the next couple of days but I'm not holding out much hope.

mandimoo you definetly need to be taking a nasal spray 3 times a day. It will help.
