Heya peeps!
some of you may have read my post entitled im accumulating a few ills.
Well i have spent the afternoon in hospital, i nearly collapsed at college i had palpatations, dizzyness, head rushes, shortness of breath. My heart was doing 110 at one point!
The doctor could not find anything wrong, but i have too go for more tests. Just thought i would update you.

i have been told to avoid situations of extreme heat, which means the industrial ovens at work, yey i have a Saturday off!

that was partially the reason, because i felt like crap i could not be assed to walk down the stairs to get a drink, my hearts just started racing again so im going to have to go and have a lie down.

Always try and keep a drink near to you firewatch. Dehydration's not funny, and neither is working in extreme temperatures. Hope you're feeling a lot better now.
