I'm a 19 year old male, who did have really really bad acne about 6 months ago. Now i've still got marks on my skin, scars i guess and still get spots, but my face is 1000 times better, i can now go out with confidence, and i only need to put a little bit of cover up on. Yes, i have my days where my face is bad and good, and all types effect, but this may help you. Go to your local GP and ask him to prescribe you: Isotrex Gel 30g Panoxyl/Brevoxyl 40g (Same thing, named differently) Now, the isotrex gel will be good for acne all over your face. If you've get it on your neck, forehead, chin etc, put this stuff on. This is what you will need for moderate acne vulgar. The Panoyxl/Brevoxl stuff is a liquid kind of stuff, its very good stuff. When you get a big juicy spot put this on straight away, this drys it up and makes it go down within a few hours. This is good again for moderate to acne vulgar. I had acne vulgar, which is basically marks and bad acne, but now my skin is very moderate. It's taken a few months and although you can see my marks and spots, its much better. I thought there was no hope, but please trust me and give this stuff a go. It could give you more confidence in a month or so. Let me know how you get on.

Good luck!
