Can't give you a recommendation but look for a clinic thru the national association, you here such horror stories about botched jobs , especially abroad. I don't think you should only look at price, as in the rest of life, you get what you pay for.

Just remember when you're pricing it up that the implants need changing at least every ten years, so there is an ongoing cost to think about. You might be able to afford for them to be put in now, but can you afford to have them changed again and again?

thanks for you answers - yes i have considerd the need to have thme done again in 10 years and this is fine.
Its annoying as have been on The NHS waiting list for 14 months but they have said they can only make one smaller (they are different sizes) and match the smaller one - which i dont want as they will be tiny and i will be out of proportion with the rest of me. If they make the small one bigger - one will be one shape and the other will be different which i also dont want so have decided to pay for it myself and get it one the way i want!

Nannon, don't do it. Speaking as a bloke I hate the look of surgically enhanced boobs, they just don't look natural. You can always tell, they look like two grapefruit halves, especially when lying on your back.
I am sure you are perfectly lovely as you are.

My friend had hers done in Belgium much cheaper and they look fab. She went from a AA to a B cup. I think it was 1800 exclusive of her travel and stay there.
I cant believe they would rather reduce than give you an implant. Good luck.

i reckon your looking at about �4000, from a reputable surgeon, dont take risks just because its cheaper, its not worth it you hear so many horror stories, go to your doctor he/she will recommend somewhere like bupa, i have heard through a friend who is looking to have hers done that there are some places that let you pay on finance (not sure id do that tho, because not sure if id trust somewhere like that), didnt think they had to be changed so often these days think its more like 15-20 yrs than 10yrs

I am sure, but not positive of course, that if I were a lady I would prefer cosmetic underwear, if that makes sense.
The thoughts of surgery for the sake of vanity, probably wrong word, sorry, would bother me.

can't recommend anyone from personal experience but you could try clicking the ads alongside (at least on my screen, I have just been told other people don't necessarily get the same ones, but on my screen are all sorts of cosmetic surgery links)

DocSpock - i am not having it done for vanity - i am unable to wear bras properly as one cup is empty and the other one two full - have to do all sorts of magic things with padding! I cant wear a bikini.bathing suit if i go on holiday - i cant wear certain tops as it is noticeable - it destroys my confidence. Its not something i am taking lightly - have been considereing this since i was 15 - i was just waiting until i was 'fully grown'!
Also they would not have put me on NHS waiting list had it been for cosmetic purposes! If i just didnt like the size i would wear chicken fillets ect - i am not a fan of surgery - it terrifies me!!! but this is something that needs fixing - they arent going to be massive big melon things - just the same size so i dont feel like a freak!
Thank you - i will certainly look at the one in Belguim - sneaky holiday at the same time huh?!

Sorry nannon, I did say that vanity was wrong word,also,I am hardly qualified to make any suggestion coz I am a chap.
You make a very good case, just upsets me sometimes when people are not happy with themselves for whatever reason. Best of luck, hope all goes well ( or is that swell) joke.

I sympathise with you, my friend has one A cup and one C, and she has the same problem with the NHS, they will only operate on one breast, either making them both tiny or making them different shapes. Good luck with going private!

Boobs amaze me sometimes. Its just so weird how people want large ones. It is a piece of fatty flesh and tissue. You wouldn�t want this on your thighs or bum so why do people want big boobs or think an A is small. Not getting at you nannon I would be exactly same in your predicament but just don�t understand fascination with boobs.

i know - i mentioned it to my bloke and he was getting all sorts of ideas about jordan style boobs i think!! i cant understand why you would want massive big things on the front of you body...although would probably balance out my ass!!! lol!!! Men dont understand that sometimes it would be nice to be able to take them off for a couple of hours!!!

you definitely want to take the safe route and be prepared to pay more for peace of mind. i used to work behind the bar in a lap dancing club and one of the girls had massive scars and only half a nipple on one of her boobs because she went somewhere cheap, she used to have to cake them in make up and then draw the rest of her nipple on! no need to say her confidence was not as high as she'd expected. you have to remeber it's an investment in the rest of your life. although you come across on here as a happy person only you know how you, and how much you expect your confidence and happiness to improve because of this so just be as safe as possible, do tons of research and only go for a place you're absolutely sure of!

thanks pa__ul very good advice. I know i have heard so manmy horror stories and sometimes do wonder - they could end up worse!!! I am going to wait a little loger as some people have said if i lose weight they may evern up - have lost a stone so far and they are worse though but i will see i any change in maybe 4-6 months.
I would def rather pay a lot more and have someone excellent that go cheap and have scars and missing nipples!!!!!!
