Following on from my follow on from the original question about my hopeless back, my GP has suggested I take co dydramol rather than co
Codamol. What difference would this make, and which is stronger? This is for severe back pain/spasms/facet joints

Co Dydramol is for use in moderate pain but has been described as highly addictive.

You could discuss with your GP trialling a BuTrans patch.

Both contain basically the same ingredients.
Do what you GP says.
I hope the different tablets help .
