Bikini Body In A Few Weeks........

OK, I dont have long (about 6 weeks) and I want to lose a bit of the tum and tone up the pins.

Any suggestions as to a quick fix? Obviously cutting down the calories (bye bye Pinot), drinking lots of water and I was thinking a decent brisk walk nearly every day.

Anything else I can do? (And suggestions of a burkini or a head transplant have already been made and rejected as RUDE!)

I bet Barmaid is wishing she'd bought a glossy magazine by now.

Stick to the walking. Get some wrist weights and move your arms as you go.

I think you'll look fine.
I found brisk walking was the only thing that has ever worked for me (with obvious cutting down on the sweet stuff but not dieting as such). Make sure you do it to suitable upbeat music.
Another vote for brisk walking here.
When I had my car stolen many years ago, I lost a stone in about a month just walking to the station and back.
Brisk walk and cut down on the calories.
Also wear a high waist bikini knickers to give an illusion of a longer leg and smaller waist.
Saying that I think your ok as you are xx
I have a very simple solution to this problem.

I know none of the people around me and I'm never going to see them again. Not only that but amongst the myriad of people around the pool it was unlikely I was going to draw unwanted attention. Unless I forgot the bikini of course :-)

When I woke up to this realisation worries about having a bikini body soon slipped away.
...or as my grandma used to say, 'Nobody's going to get off their horse to look at you.' :-)
Brisk walking, 40 minutes a day, and you'll be fine.
Shave your legs and forget about the rest. Once you're on that sun lounger with a cocktail in hand, you'll forget all about needing a bikini body...as long as the bikini fits!
oh, fiddle-faddle. Stuff the bikini body, you have a body, flaunt it

(as long as it's not like the gentlemen on the horror holidays thread :-)) )

Please feel comfy in your own skin xx
Dump all carbs, eat lots of eggs, lean meat, fish and salads.
You should eat a balanced diet not a faddy one that means you have to cut whole food groups out.
Pilates plank exercise, just a few minutes per day, and not too demanding!
Don't cut calories either, there's no need when you ditch carbs.

Carb-free is the best of the quick fixes I've always found. :-)

I agree with Nom...cutting carbs works. I've done it...and still do.
And...its NOT a "faddy diet"...has been around for ages (150+ years )because it works.
Skip the holiday this year and be a bit more bliddy organised next, leaving more time to rearrange leftover insulation.

Baggy t-shirts.

Moonbathing.

Holiday in areas of Germany specialising in sausage and beer.
Meh love yourself the way you are, however quick leg toning works by running up your stairs 2 at a time til you're breathless several times per day. Diet wise I drink a pint of water 1/2 an hour before I eat each meal, make one meal soup, cut out sugar, anything friend and as many carbs as you can bear and it will fall off you, but seriously love who you are now xx
Eat less

Move more
Reduce you're fat intake, exercise a bit, but just concentrate on having a good holiday .
You could try the first 6 weeks of this 12 week plan:

Alternatively forget the bikini and head for a naturist beach. You're bound to look better than many of the other people there anyway!
I bought myself a hula hoop I use to be so good at it now I cant do it but bending down to retrieve the hoop from the ground is helping the waistline lol x
