Hi ummm its only a month old and its the MOST comfiest one EVER! Lol xx
Depending on your age it could be wear/arthritis in the joint but there could be other reasons. You should discuss this with your doctor who likely will arrange for a X-ray.
Could be many things.....arthritis, bursitis, lumbosacral problems...........a better history and or X-Rays will offer a better nad more precise diagnosis.
But......for the moment........Ibuprofen 400mgms for the pain, every 4 hours if necessary.......I am not a fan of heat and or ice, but if you want to try...fine.
Keep gently exercising and if it is sciatica it will last about 6 weeks, whatever you take or do.
Monitor the situation for the next 2-3 weeks.
