Facial Pimples

For the past two years I have sporadically had small pimples on my face. InitialLy they were just on my chin but have now spread to my forehead, nose area, cheeks and chin.

They are smaller than a pinhead start off as small raised bumps, become reddened and on occasion develop an inconsequential head.

No changes to facial products, washing products and am well past menopause despite being mid/late forties.

Pharmacist couldn't offer any suggestions and it is too trivial to bother GP with unless I have a short appointment to ask.

Any ideas?

Not rosacea eccles? Look at images of rosacea.
Is it worth buying a home testing kit for a recently developed food allergy? (I pray to the Goddess of Bacchus it is not an allergy to grape related foods).

That's the best I can come up with I'm afraid.

I'll look at rosacea.

If it is a Bacchus inflammation then it can Fluff right off! !!

It is trivial but, irritatingly obvious.
