Anyone with hay fever at the moment?

I can't decide whether I have a cold or hayfever. Is it the season yet?

The pollen forecast is currently 'Low' in Scotland, northern England and Wales. It's 'High' in south-east England and East Anglia and 'Medium' elsewhere in England.

Yes, my eyes always start to get sore in March (tree pollen I think)

Thanks, Chris.

Time for an antihistamine I think...if it is hayfever.
I suffer badly, but it has not hit me yet.
Question Author
I haven't had hayfever for a couple of years. This could be a cold. I'm going to treat both. Lemsips and antihistamines. That should do it.
Tilly check what is in the lemsip, I think they have decongestant in which may be overload with the antihistamine
Question Author
Paracetamol and Phenylephrine hydrochloride, Woof.

Will that be an overload with cetirizine?
Started sneezing last week on rising Tilly, Aldi antihistamines!
Question Author
What's the active ingredient of the Aldi ones, Eleena?
Hang on ...
10mg loratidine & lactose Tilly.
Loratadine
Question Author
Thank you, Eleena. Loratidine doesn't work for me. Thanks anyway.
Ah ok x
Question Author
Loratadine :-)
Question Author
Actually, I take chlorophenamine not cetirizine. All these antihistamines are very confusing.

I've decided I've got a cold.
It'll depend on, to which pollens you react badly.
I started to think I was allergic to my cat :-D
Mine started last week - eyes and nose streaming and sneezing like a lunatic!
