Wasn't the absence of this thread spooky?

Here's last month's: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Weight-Loss-and-Dieting/Question1511988.html

So, with the news that we're just getting fatter for the next few months, what are you planning to do to combat the waistline?

And, on top of that, do you expect any trick or treaters? Will they have to do with salad?

Cheers.
It'll be good for the 33rd October. :-)
Pumpkin soup has to be the dish of the week.

Here's a really easy one at just 149 calories per serving. Low fat, no sugar but thick and smooth.

Looks very nice, but with all the DIY I have going on I can't see me clearing the kitchen and doing serious cooking for a while. Maybe we can all come around and try yours ;-)
My current secret to weightloss? Whatever I have this week!! 8lbs down and its only Friday!!!

Seriously, back to see the consultant in November and then sign the final paperwork before my Op in Feb. January is a very strict diet month to get my liver from FoieGras to Houmous!! So I can going to try and enjoy the next few months without going over board and in particular my holiday to Islay at the end of November.
