well, it helps to be enormously fat in the first place. That ensures even small changes can make a difference.

Oh OG. What perils you put yourself in!
Not been a good week for hitting targets. Nothing excessive but each day either one drink over, or once, I confess, a few squares of 85% chocolate over. But one does hope that over the week one's done enough not to hit the high intake weekend already behind. Have to see how it goes.
Three days of way over the top input and I drop 1.2 lbs ?!?!?
Bet it's back up again tomorrow: it likes to tease.

Not pleased with today's reading. Muggins here is entirely to blame and we'll leave it at that shall we.

My reading for today is more pleasing. Lost another 0.2 lbs over the last 24 hours, for a loss over the week of 1.6 lbs.

I think I have to view that in the context of having an unexpected gain that hadn't gone again by last Wednesday, but even taking that into consideration I'm still down a bit; which makes no sense when considering this last weekend.
Wow OG was it last weekend or a lost weekend!
It was 3 days long and an overconsumption of 70%.
I think it's hinting that I should have a pub lunch each day.
Oh dear. Bank Holiday and we go out for a change, end up at Chiquito's for the evening meal. Just looked up the nutritional information on what I ate. That meal alone was more than a day's intake goal ! And I have to burn it all off by Wednesday morning ! I was doing ok this week too, until this morning.
Actually, small correction. We shared the starter so it was just almost a day's worth on its own.

I hope the scales didn't jump up and bite you today OG after your food orgie. I'm totally surprised that I've gone down 2 lbs and a bit. I didn't deserve to but there you are! Me happy!
Well done x. As for here, the picture is not so good. After being fairly good yesterday, over the last 24 hours my weight went up again anyway. Up a horrific 2.4 lbs over the week :-(
