What did you do about yours? Both of my heels are very painful first thing on a morning and last thing at night. Having to walk on my tip toes.

i suffered really badly for a couple of years and ended up having several insoles to lift my foot arch especially on my right foot but had lazer treatment which seems to have helped. try to rest your feet as much as you can

I had it for over a year,believe it or not it eventually goes away, without treatment, apart from a couple of heel insoles.
After 6 months on crutches I went to a sports injury specialist. Two visits, £80, sorted.
sorry and trainers helped hugely

Mine has not gone away after more than 2 years and has other underlying causes, such as hypermobiliity in my feet and nerve/tendon enlargement.
If you haven't seen your doc already do it and get insoles tailored to you.
I find as soon as I take my insoles out I'm in pain so wear them all the time. I don't think mine will ever go away.

Crocs! Got to be the real thing made from the real material and the original shape. You won’t have to wear them forever but I found them excellent for pain relief and I am sure (but have no proof) that they helped to heal the condition too.

Sorry you've got it, too, hollie. It's horribly painful, isn't it. I've had it for about 3 months now, but it is slowly improving. I do all the exercises on the website (getting quite stylish at picking up a towel with my toes) but what has helped most is getting a leg and foot massage from a local beautician and masseur. I've begun going every fortnight and the relief and improvement is immediate. Also very good is standing with toes on a step edge and lowering heels below step level. Hope this helps. :)
