I posted about this a while ago. Since then I have taken B and D vitamins, magnesium and iron tablets, all to no avail. I did read about something you rub on your legs but cannot recall the name.
Any clues?

magnesium oil, usually in a spray is used to rub on legs. Have you tried Calmagzinc tablets? They are magnesium, calcium and zinc all in one tablet. Its what works for me.

Will try both. Thanks. I think the oil was like....witch,or horse, can't remember!
I've heard of witch hazel but not witch horse.

I've suffered for years. My doctor gave me patches called neupro which helped. Try also flight compression socks or those knee support bandages wrapped around the calves.
I used to get twitchy legs of a night when I was working and on my feet all day and used Antistax which contains horse chestnut and red vine leaf .
It's a gel you rub in.It's not a cure but it cools and relaxes your legs .You can get it in capsules to take too.Might be worth a try .
