Oh Strikes Again!

Our local paper is offering £10 per night holidays. We book these every year, good value.
We wanted to go near Padstow as we were given a gift card for Rick Steins place.
Found a holiday park a few miles away and booked it.
Printed out booking details and discovered he had booked us in at Perranporth sands which is a lot further away than we wanted. I phoned Breakaway holidays but there was nothing they could do as the booking had gone through to the camp. So not sure how we will get around this but I'm sure we will cope.
At the moment he is booking us a holiday in Brittany. Heaven knows where we will end up!!

Of course your hubby will successfully book your holiday in Brittany. OK, it will be on the wrong dates and in the wrong accommodation but he'll get there eventually (although only after accidentally buying a DVD of the film 'Britannic', getting shares in Brittany Ferries and making a group booking for a Britney Spears concert, of course!).

The gift card is for his main restaurant, we have been before, first time was brilliant, second time OH ordered the steak pie. It had one chunk of meat in it. He sent it back and ordered something else. We weren't charged for his meal.
Thank you for the offer jourdain2, but I think (hope) he has successfully booked us a gite at somewhere called Sizun. After three attempts and lots of expletives.
I just hope there are not three deposits taken on credit card.
I live in hope we get there without disasters, we shall see. Early days yet.
