Black And Blue For Sqad

I have a bed that is on castors and on a wooden floor - but I put those brown stoppers under the castors and the bed was ok.

However, last week one or two castors came off and the bed swerved with the result of my hitting the underside of my left arm black and blue and a little bump on my head between the bed and the cabinet.

I am off to osteoapath at 3.00pm and the arm is still black and blue - will it be okay for her to touch this - thanks Sqad
