Only the basics...slaney will give an expert opinion here BUT:
Dabigatrin....acts straight away unlike Warfarin.You don't need blood tests, unlike warfarin..and there are no dietary restricions.
Apixaban has the same advantages as above.
Both are expensive, very expensive....100times more than Warfarin ( I think)
I have not mentioned the indications for their use or how they tin the blood, but you can Google it.
