Yesterday, I moved a heavy weight about 100 yards. I half carried and half rolled it. I should really have left it alone. I am 71, take pills for all sorts of conditions. Within 10 mins, I started to feel light headed and spaced out. Had my exertions brought on low BP? I thought I was going to faint but I didn't. Felt poorly the rest of the day.

LOL........difficult to answer from the information given........many things could have caused your symptoms...........but yes, a low BP could have caused them.

Other considerations may have been rapid pulse (tachycardia) or slow pulse (bradycardia)........and of course dehydration particularly if it was a hot day.
