Anyone Any Experience Of Crimestoppers?

They say that they sometimes pay out a reward, but not always, even if the person grassed up IS arrested.
Has anyone ever rung them and if so, how did you get on?

I rang them on Saturday on behalf of someone else. They gave me a reward code number and said to ring back in 8 weeks.
I know the person responsible for the crime has been arrested and charged yesterday.
I just wondered what their criteria is for determining if you get a reward and how much

Will only be paid if he/she is actually convicted.Could be a few months yet.

Eddie, I was told (and it says on the website) the offender only has to be arrested and charged....not convicted
